The main vectors of foreign policy of the Czech Republic on the road of international integration (1993-2004)

Abstract

The article highlights the accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union. The analysis of internal political processes in the country, which had a direct impact on the course of European integration of the Czech Republic, is conducted. Тhe main burning aspects of the European integration of the Czech Republic are determined in the given article. Short overview of the decisive political and economic challenges that influenced Czech Republic entrance to the EU is examined. Іt is also stressed on the complexity and ambivalence of adaptation process of the economy and laws of the Central and Eastern
European countries to the European Union standards.
