The concept of internally displaced persons as an element of the hybrid war

Abstract

The concept of “internally displaced person” is being explored. The genesis of this concept is traced in official documents of international organizations and national legislation of Ukraine. The differences between categories of “internally displaced persons”, “migrant”, “refugee”, “displaced person” are considered.
