Abstract

Abstract. Purpose. The aim of the study is to reveal the phenomenological and self-organizational mechanism of motivation of personality. Methods. In the study the phenomenological and self-organizational methods are used, based on which the motivation of personality is viewed in the self-organizational context and is interpreted as emergent, dynamic, nonlinear, and stochastic system. Results. The concept of synergy of psychic phenomena is substantiated, these phenomena have both intentional (phenomenological) and biological levels. Also, the concept of self-organizational character of phenomenology of motivation of personality is developed. The latter is developed based on the idea of intentionality of all psychic phenomena, which are accordingly included in the structure of the motivation of personality. It is proved that the phenomenology of motivation of personality has self-organizational characteristics, therefore the motivation of personality should be interpreted as an incomplete, dynamic, and stochastic phenomenon. Conclusions. All psychic phenomena, despite their diversity, have an intentional dimension, i. e., they express some degree of their comprehension on the objective level, since they are intentional, actually dependent on the will and consciousness of the subject. The structural elements of the phenomenology of motivation of personality are needs, desires, interests, affects, emotions, feelings, will, motives, expectations, beliefs, and values that create the conditions for the dynamism and stochasticity of the motivation of personality. The concept of synergy of intentional and biological levels of psychic phenomena, which is proved in the study, indicates that on the level of intentionality psychics and consciousness tend to sameness. Phenomena that are included in the structure of motivation of personality have self-organizational characteristics nonlinearity, incompleteness, dynamism, stochasticity. The concept of self-organizational character of phenomenology of motivation of personality that is developed in the study presupposes the absence of the center of motivation, i. e., motivation does not have some driving factor, for example axiological, emotional, or forceful.
