Abstract

The article reveals the content of the basic concepts of the topic - "educational innovation", "professional self-realization" and their derivatives; the results of the monitoring / screen-2023 of the use of educational innovations by pedagogical workers of the region are presented; essential signs of self-realization of a teacher in professional work by means of innovations are revealed.
