The article deals with one of the key tasks of non-formal education institutions, namely the development of a socially competent individual who is capable of making important decisions in challenging life situations. The author describes the main forms and methods of organizing educational activities with club members, as well as various types of games – outdoor, role-playing, didactic games, and others.
