Abstract

The article highlights the urgency of the problem of formation of the model of management of the system of motivation of pedagogical personnel in educational institutions. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the peculiarities of teachers' motivation system management are determined. It is proved that it is important for the head of an educational institution to form the main managerial tasks for the implementation of the tools of the motivation system and to use motivational monitoring. It is determined that the professional activity of teachers will be effective and efficient in the case of the head of the educational institution promoting the formation of a quality motivation system. The research determines the combination of different methods of stimulation, work with staff to identify motivational factors that promote the development of teachers' professional skills, the implementation of the educational institution development strategy.
