HARMONIZATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS AT HIGHER EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENT BY APPLYING THE INTEGRATED APPROACH

In the modern educational space, the process of personality formation is related with organization of the integrated valuable environment, aimed at harmonization of the living environment of people and society. The interdisciplinary value-focused education suggests an integral system of specialized knowledge to reach the harmony between the rational and spiritual aspects in the process of professional activity. The aim of the research is to substantiate the integrated approach to harmonization of the educational process of a higher education establishment. In the research, the authors studied and analyzed philosophical, sociological, psycho-pedagogical literature of domestic and foreign scientists, consolidated the scientific-theoretical and research data for introduction of the integrated approach, comparison and logical methods of analysis. The life harmony of a society is focused, shaped and implemented on the basis of the ideas of general human, religious, and national values, which determine the axiological principle of life harmonization. At the current stage, training of specialists is characterized by the absolute transition from the educational to the scientific-educational process and by a considerable separation of the educational, scientific and valuable components in the professional activity. Harmony is considered as a correlation of the parts and the total, amalgamation of a set of an object’s constituents into one natural integrity, whereas splitting of a number into two components, which create a harmonious proportion, is called a harmonious division or a golden ratio. The behavior of any system can be manifested as a continuous line of harmonies, each preceded by a time coefficient. In the process of cognition and manifestation of spiritual freedom, self-fulfillment and harmony on the base of the values, it is reasonable to follow the way of education in the direction of life harmonization and improvement of its harmonious form. The tendencies of free social development demonstrate that the educational form, which is considered to be perfect, will be inevitably caused by the axiological direction of the educational process. The integrated means of education suggest creation of open systems of education, stress on the national interests, reforming of science at higher education establishments, intensification of the fundamental and methodological components in the innovative pedagogics, changes in the structure and content of education, development of educational-pedagogical expectations, etc. Educational integrology is combined with new ways of the pedagogical science development, foremost pedagogical praxeology, instrumental didactics, energy-informational and cyber pedagogics, imitation and multi-dimensional pedagogical models. Therefore, education is shaped from the simplest to more complicated elements following the principle of the theory of harmony.
