Abstract

The article analyzes the role of national traditions in the spiritual development of personality. It is substantiated that knowledge related to the spiritual achievements acquired by young people during studying should act as a stimulant for the active appeal of young Ukrainians to the study of a special in its essence, a truly true historical heritage of its people, rooted in folklore (folk art) and preserved in any –one manifestation at the local level.
