Abstract

A social worker in his or her professional activity should have a thorough knowledge of the legislative acts and apply them to serve and protect the population or individual groups of clients in coping with and solve the crisis situations. The work of a social worker is a specialized activity, where a specialist must have knowledge of psychology, sociology of law, know psychiatric disciplines and be able to overcome the crisis situations of population groups. To do this, you need to think creatively, be responsible for making responsible decisions, communicate with people and feel their problems from the very heart and their knowledge to find a way out of any difficult situation. After all, for a social worker in professional activity to manage knowledge from different industries is one of the main tools for successful work with clients. Therefore, the current state of social relations requires the future social worker to be not only prepared for the chosen activity,  also to be professionally prepared in higher education institution. And in order for such training to be really professional it should be carried out by certain organizational and pedagogical conditions that are interconnected, these are derived from one of the other and are inseparable. Therefore, various conceptual definitions of pedagogical conditions and organizational and pedagogical conditions have been examined and analyzed by us. The concept of pedagogical conditions, organizational and pedagogical conditions and organizational and pedagogical conditions for professional training of future social workers to work with young families has been formulated. The complex of organizational and pedagogical conditions for professional training of future students as future social workers in work with young families is selected.
