Structural-functional analysis of the concept of “enterprineurial culture of specialists in the sphere of service and tourism”

The article deals with the structural-functional analysis of the concept of "entrepreneurial culture of the future specialists in the sphere of tourism services sector" on the basis of generalization and systematization of scientific research. It is proved that the content of entrepreneurial culture as an integral personal entity provides effective realization of personal potential in profession and career and accumulates the qualities of specialists in three dimensions, namely: individual-personal, vocational and socially significant. Individual-personal dimension is represented by value systems as well as needs, causes of actions, psychophysiological and professionally significant qualities of personality (sociability, customer centricity, innovativeness, creativity, organizational abilities, and capacity to risk). The vocational dimension contains a set of knowledge, skills, competence that ensures the effective realization of personal potential in the field of tourism and service sector. The socially significant dimension of professional activity of specialists in the sphere tourism and service sector is conditioned by the sector-specific issues, which on one hand is focused on meeting the cultural, recreational, aesthetic needs of the individual, and on the other hand has a significant impact on the development of the state economy, ensures the preservation of cultural and natural values, facilitates the promotion of the national product worldwide.
On the basis of theoretical generalization of the presented research results and a number of scientific papers, concerning the problem understudy, features, principles, functions of entrepreneurial activity in general and in the sphere of tourism and service sector in particular, as well as the substantiated essence of the concept of "entrepreneurial culture". Thus, the structure of entrepreneurial culture of professionals in tourism and service sector is understood as a dynamic system which is represented by interconnected components, which are formed in the process of obtaining a vocational education, are being improved on professional activity. and contribute to realization of personal potential in profession and career. It has been determined that the components of entrepreneurial culture are motivational-value, cognitive-praxeological, personality-reflexive and social-ethical.
