Abstract

This paper analyzes the understanding of subjective housing rights of property character. Attention is paid to the importance of scientific research on of transferability of property rights and also necessityfor research contracts on transfer of property housing rights.lt is noted that the complexity in understanding of abuse of property housing rights related to absence of thelegislative understanding of abuse of the law and its evaluative character.
