Abstract

The paper presents the theoretical generalization and description of the specificity of the natural resources use contracts. The peculiarities of such agreements are figured out. The analysis is carried out due to the signs of the lease as a classic civil contract in these specific obligatory relations and those specific features that are unique for this particular type of contracts and distinguish it from other contractual types.
